👩🍳 Bringing It All Together
- Open your heart to love and gratitude. Turn on your favorite music. Wash your hands, clean and rinse the chicken, then pat it dry. Rewash your hands before touching your seasoning containers.
- First, rinse and soak the rice in cold water. (to release the starch, fluffier). Here, we like to clean as we cook.
- Now, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Now, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large casserole dish with foil as the first layer, then add parchment paper on top of the foil.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the honey Dijon sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Spoon sauce over the chicken before serving for extra flavor.
- Finally, plate a goodplate, serve warm, and enjoy a dish that never disappoints — gourmet flavor made at home with love.
