๐ง Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken thighs
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Flour-for dredging
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Garlic cloves- one small head of garlic
- 1/2 cup of Chicken broth/stock
- 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2tsp of parsley
- 1/2 tsp of Italian herbs/seasoning

๐ฉโ๐ณ Bringing It All Together
- Open your heart to love and gratitude. Turn on your favorite music. Wash your hands, clean, rinse the chicken, then pat it dry. Wash your hands again before touching your seasoning containers. ย
- First, season the chicken with salt & pepper and coat the chicken with the flour.
- Add the 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp of the butter to a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, sautรฉ the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it’s golden brown. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium (or even med-low if using cast iron), and add 1 tbsp of the butter to the pan. Let it melt and then add the garlic cloves. Cook them for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until they’re a light golden brown on the outside.
- Add the 1/2 cup chicken broth/stock, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder to the pan. Let it bubble for around 4 minutes or until the liquid is noticeably reduced. Optional: add 1/2 tsp of Italian herbs/seasoning at this stage.
- Stir in the 1 cup of cream and add the chicken back into the pan. Let it cook for another 5 minutes or so, until the sauce is reduced and the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley (Mushrooms are a wonderful addition) if you desire.
- Finally, plate a goodplate, serve warm, and enjoy a dish that never disappoints โ gourmet flavor made at home with love.
